Michelle Arant

Michelle serves as the Director of Operations and Leadership Coach for Kris Plachy Coaching Group.

Michelle is a Master Certified Coach Instructor with The Life Coach School and a Certified Leadership Coach with Leadership Coach, LLC. In addition to her coaching certifications, she also has a doctoral degree in Education.

Before joining Kris, she served as the Chief Operations Officer for a start-up company in education and training. Michelle understands entrepreneurship, assembling, developing, and (yes) even dismantling a team. More importantly, she loves serving as the Implementor to make the Creator’s vision a reality by setting up systems and processes that allow a team to thrive in their role.

She is the former chair of the Visiting Women's Executive Exchange Program at the Yale School of Management and was recognized in 2020 with the Judge Elliot Awards for Distinguished Alumni from the University of King's College for her work advancing women's leadership globally.

Jody Moore

Jody is a mother, speaker, Master Certified Life Coach, and the owner of Jody Moore Coaching where she helps women improve their self-concept, live from empowering emotions, and accomplish their goals. She has a multiple 7 figure coaching practice where she works with her clients online teaching classes and hosting live calls, supplemented with live events.

She has 4 children ages 4 to 13 and resides with them and her husband in Spokane, Washington. Prior to founding her coaching practice, Jody earned her Bachelor’s degree from Utah State University and a Master’s Degree at the University of Phoenix where she worked for many years as a sales trainer and leadership coach.

Camille Broussard Wise

Dr. Wise is a scholar-practitioner of leadership, management, and advancing diversity and equity. A career public administrator and organizational development consultant, Camille brings a wealth of knowledge in operationalizing equity within organizations, starting with their leaders. During her tenure she has managed teams of upwards of 200 employees, overseeing budgets in excess of $30M.

Utilizing competencies honed while attaining her doctoral degree in Leadership & Management, Camille stays abreast of current and emerging research and movements that she incorporates into her role as both college professor and advisor to dynamic leader-learners.
